The Teacher Ping Path to Music Mastery curriculum was developed over 20 years of working with children, parents and teachers. This curriculum is still evolving today.

This curriculum has been successful in creating miracles with music, in the lives of the children and their families. Every class is taught with a balance of discipline, kindness, humour, excellence and passion. We endeavour to teach and communicate in millions of ways just so every child gets it.

The Teacher Ping Path to Music Mastery empowers students to develop:

  1. Kinesthetic skills
Physical technical skills to master a music instrument
  2. Auditory skills
Sense of hearing and discriminating listening skills
  3. Verbal skills
Linguistic skills such as singing and diction
  4. Visual skills
Reading and understanding the images of music notation
  1. Logical skills
Mathematical skills to understand and identify patterns
  2. Interpersonal skills
Ability to relate and communicate well with others
  3. Intrapersonal skills
Being aware of self’s strengths and weaknesses and make different choices to achieve the results desired

Students develop life skills and musical talent, including perseverance, focus, discipline, kindness, and courage.

They cultivate a love for music and desire to create music through performance, composing, and improvising.

We are passionate about giving students the opportunity to participate in concerts as performers or attend workshops, take music examinations, participate in music festivals and competitions or be part of a music exchange program.

There are 3 training programs to choose from:

Piano One-on-One & Piano Mastery

Our one-on-one classes are designed to bring out the best in each student! That’s why we also incorporate one group lesson periodically (known as The Piano Mastery class) for each student to thrive. Of the 45 lessons per academic year, 6 are Piano Mastery classes.

The Piano Mastery class dates are set for the entire year. So, during one week a month, students attend The Piano Mastery class instead of their regular individual class.

These music concepts are covered in The Piano Mastery class:

$600 per term

45 minutes individual weekly session + 45 minutes group session per term

  • In preparation for the ABRSM theory examinations, there will be 6 meet-ups of 45 minutes per session where the trainer will work with the student on exam techniques. If more sessions are required, these extra sessions are payable

The aims of this course:
